Partner with 5 local Title I schools to offer 'Scholarship Seats' for after-school programs to ensure equitable access.
Competitive Presence
Establish at least two VEX IQ teams and one VEX V5 team that qualify for State Championships within the first 18 months.
Mentorship Pipeline
Create a 'Student-Mentor' program where high schoolers volunteer to mentor younger classes, fostering leadership.
